SBI Card Unnati is a secured credit card, meaning it is issued against a fixed deposit. Hence it is an ideal beginner card for those who do not meet the eligibility criteria of other higher reward credit cards. It is issued against a minimum fixed deposit of ₹25000.

It is also free for the first 4 years, no annual fee is charged for the first 4 years.

Hence you can use this time to build your credit score and upgrade to higher reward unsecured credit cards

Upto 0.25% reward on all card spends

You get 1 reward point worth upto ₹0.25, on all card spends.

1 reward point = upto ₹0.25. Reward points can be redeemed for gifts on SBI Rewards Catalogue.

Please note that no reward points are given on cash withdrawal, balance transfer, encash, flexipay and fuel transactions

Upto 1% additional reward (milestone rewards)

You get ₹500 cashback, at ₹50,000 yearly card spend – 1% benefit.

Cashback is credited within 15 days of reaching the ₹50,000 annual card spend target.

Fuel surcharge waiver upto ₹100 per month

You get 1% fuel surcharge waiver, on fuel transactions between ₹500 and ₹3000 only. And only on fuel spends upto ₹10,000 per month, since the maximum waiver is capped at ₹100 per month.

Eligibility Criteria

Although your credit card eligibility is based on multiple parameters which can be assessed once you apply for the SBI Credit Card, there are certain basic criteria that all applicants must fulfil.

Application Process

You can not apply for the card online. You need to visit your nearest SBI Branch, they shall help you complete the application process.

Required documents   – PAN card
– Copy of Aadhaar card (with first 8 digits masked) or any valid government address proof
