You get 10 reward points worth ₹2.50, on every 100 you spend in these categories.

1 reward point = upto ₹0.25, and can be redeemed for gift vouchers & products at SBI Card’s rewards redemption platform. While for certain redemption options you would get a value of ₹0.25 for each reward point, on some other options you would get a value of lower than 25 paise for each reward point. Hence redemption options can be restrictive.

You get 5 reward point worth ₹1.25, on every 100 you spend on these categories.

1 reward point = upto ₹0.25, and can be redeemed for gift vouchers & products at SBI Card’s rewards redemption platform. 

0.12% benefit on all other card spends

You get 1 reward point on every ₹200 you spend on all other card purchases (meaning 0.50 reward point worth ₹0.12 or 12 paise, on every ₹100 spent) - 0.12% reward.

Exceptions : No reward points are given on fuel spends, utilities, and mobile wallet upload.

Additional benefit upto 0.66% (milestone benefit)

– You get 2000 reward points worth ₹500, at ₹1 lakh annual card spend
– You get an additional 2000 reward points worth ₹500, at ₹1.50 lakh annual card spend

Hence you could earn 4000 reward points worth ₹1000, at ₹1.50 lakh annual card spend – 0.66% benefit.

Fuel surcharge waiver upto ₹100 per month

You get 1% fuel surcharge waiver, on fuel transactions upto ₹3000 only. And only on fuel spends upto ₹10,000 per month, since the maximum waiver is capped at ₹100 per month.

Although your credit card eligibility is based on multiple parameters which can be assessed once you apply for the SBI Credit Card, there are certain basic criteria that all applicants must fulfil.

Application Process

Online application processThe easiest way to apply is to click here – APPLY NOW , you shall be taken to the card application page on the SBI Card website. You can also visit the official website of SBI Card and fill out the application form.

Steps :
– Fill out the online application form – personal details like mobile phone number, emplyment, income, Aadhar / PAN number
– Click ‘Submit’ and you will receive an instant decision on the application basis the information provided
– If your application is approved, you will receive a call from SBI Card team for verification
– Post necessary verification, the card is issued to you

Virtual card : In addition to this, SBI Card team will send an SMS on your registered mobile number with a link to generate your e-card. With this e-card you can view your credit card details digitally, even before your physical card reaches you, and start shopping online instantly.
Offline (face to face)  application processYou can visit any of the nearest branches of SBI Card, and talk to an executive regarding the process.

Necessary documents and verification

Required documents   – PAN card

– Copy of Aadhaar card (with first 8 digits masked) or any valid government address proof

– Income documents – salary slip, income tax return etc. may be required depending upon the credit card eligibility & policy
